She  advanced throughout her career in technical, strategic planning and integration, program and project management, crisis management, and  talent acquisition positions.

Jewell successfully served her country, and now as an IC retiree is serving her community as President and CEO of District17™️  Consulting Group, LLC. She continues her lifelong passion and commitment of service and mentoring, and is leading her team in helping others in our underrepresented communities reach their career goals and aspirations in the Public Sector job market.
